Announcement on the Second Unlock of FISH Held by the FishChain Developer Team

Dear FISH holders:

On July 8, 2020, Beijing time, the second unlock of FISH held by the founding team will take place. The number of unlock this time is 210,000,000 FISH. The FISH held by the team and investors are all equipped with a lock-up mechanism. FISH yet to be unlocked will not enter the circulating market.

The team holds 20% of the total FISH with a lock-up period of 4 years. During the period, it is gradually unlocked, and 25% is unlocked each year. The original unlock time is March 31 each year. However, due to the agreement with our investors during the first unlock, it was postponed to July 4th, so the unlock time has changed to July 4th every year.
